Dignity Hospice of Utah makes every effort to schedule staff visits at convenient times for our clients; however, changes in time and personnel are sometimes needed due to a variety of reasons. We appreciate your understanding when such changes are necessary. Furthermore, if you are unable to be at home when a hospice representative is scheduled to visit, we ask that you notify the agency as soon as possible, and we will pass this information on to your scheduled clinician.
